Thursday News Bites - In Virginia!
For the Gay Romance Literature retreat - where we get to talk about queer romance for several days :D While the retreat did start out focusing on gay romance only, there are more and more authors attending who write all throughout the rainbow.
Today, I have a panel on co-authoring, tomorrow is my author lounge, and Saturday is the big signing event.
The signing is open to the public - you don't have to be registered to come by and see us!
I'll be driving down to Portsmouth, VA on Tuesday morning - it's about a five hour drive when you add in a couple of stops. Not too bad :)
Some of the fun things I'll be bringing to give away:
I'll be several places over the course of the retreat, though if you need to get hold of me, the easiest place is on Facebook Messenger (linked in case we aren't already friends).
Almost there :) I'll be heading down to Portsmouth on Tuesday, the 18th to get there in plenty of time for the start of things.
On Wednesday starting at 9 am, the Admiral Boardroom will apparently be open for hanging out to chat and for authors to give out their pre-orders. I plan to be there at 9 or so and will probably stay a couple of hours. If you pre-ordered from me and want to have a more relaxed signing than the one on Saturday - come see me :)
The lovely Ari McKay has once again organized the charm hunt. Readers have a lot of fun with it every year and this year, I have DNA helix charms as part of the giveaway. (You have to come see participating authors at the signing for that.)
Can't wait to see everyone!
The time is now. I need to close the orders out after August 30 (8/30) to be sure I have enough time to fill said orders.
The order form includes the most requested books including non-M/M and new releases from this year, and can be found here:
I invoice through PayPal and will make whatever arrangements you need to deliver at the convention. :)
Angel writes (mostly) Science Fiction and Fantasy centered around queer heroes. Currently living part time in the hectic sprawl of northern Delaware and full time inside her head, she has one husband, one son, two cats, a love of all things beautiful and a terrible addiction to the consumption of both knowledge and chocolate.
