Well, kids, it's happened again. I will once again be leaving a publisher soon. I won't go into details - I signed the agreement, so legally, I can't. It is, I believe, sufficient to say that Silver and I are parting ways as of 11/15 and certain of my books will be unavailable for a bit. With any luck, not for long. Which books? It pains me to say that Finn will be homeless for the second time in his life. He's rather miffed with me about that. So the first three in the Endangered Fae stories will be unavailable for a bit:

Thank you, Carol. I'm glad you have them already, too. :)

My sympathies--Been there more than once. No fun and so stressful. I couldn't get letters of reversals of rights for most. But HEA--I self published them and actually have made real money. So there could be a silver lining to that grey cloud. :)

This cloud isn't as gray as that first one we shared, Melissa - and you're right. There's always a way.

Best of luck, Angel. It sucks not being happy with a publisher, so the best thing to do is to end the agreement.

That sucks, Angel. :( I feel your pain - I had one of my fantasies go through three publishers (and is currently in limbo after I got my rights back the last time). It's unbelievably frustrating.

It pains me to hear how many authors have had to go through this - so many whose works I love as a reader. *hugs*

So sorry Angel that you have to go through this one more time. :-( Luckily I already have Finn and the Esto boys in my library and will happily revisit them again and again...and again LOL in anticipation of any future adventures.

I was with the same publisher, Angel, and it was 3 years of hell. Finally got out of the contract and have been liberated ever since! I know you can't divulge the publisher's name, but I tell everyone I can not to use _______Rose...um, excuse me..."the publisher."

Oh, that name I can talk about. The proceedings were rather different. :) But we won't do that here. I'm glad you're able to pursue better avenues now.
